BRD 2.1 Review the campaign list

  1. Select the Broadcast tile on the dashboard.
  2. Select Campaigns.

Columns:

ColumnContents
CampaignThe campaign name.
Campaign IDThe platform's reference for the campaign. Quote this in any support query.
Campaign TypeThe dialling or delivery mode of the campaign.
StatusWhere the campaign is in its lifecycle.
DescriptionThe description entered when the campaign was created.
PerformanceThe campaign's delivery or contact result.
ActionsTwo icon-only row controls. See below.

Campaign Type is not the same vocabulary as the filter tabs. The filter tabs above the table read All, SMS, Email and Voice. The Campaign Type column reports a dialling mode, and Parallel Dialing is a value it displays. So a campaign that appears under the Voice tab can show a Campaign Type of Parallel Dialing. Read the tab for the channel and the column for the mode: they describe different things.

Status values include Scheduled. A campaign showing Scheduled has been created and given a send time but has not run yet, so it can still be reviewed before anything leaves the platform.

The Actions column holds two icon-only controls. Neither carries a visible label. Their functions are not documented in this release, so do not select either on a live campaign to find out what it does: one of them may start, stop or delete a send. Hover over each control to see whether a tooltip appears, and if you need a row action confirmed, contact support@ncsapp.com with the Campaign ID.

Pagination on this page uses Show. The control is labelled Show, with a record range and numbered page links beside it. Other modules in the product use a Rows per page selector instead. Both do the same job.
