INS 2.4 Act on a dashboard insight

Library insights surface observations rather than raw measures. Each card states a finding and offers a way into the calls behind it.

1. Read the insight title and its supporting statement together. The title alone is not the finding.
2. Seleccione the arrow on the card where one is offered.
3. Review the resulting Llamada or Agentes list, keeping the context the card applied.
4. Open the individual call before you take any coaching, compliance or technical action.
5. Use the call and its transcript as the evidence.

Insights are a queue of things to check, not a list of conclusions. A dead-air pattern can be a network fault, a hold procedure or a training gap, and the card cannot tell you which. Open two or three of the underlying calls before you decide.
