INS 4.3 Cancelar a queued upload

1. Review the queued files before analysis begins.
2. Seleccione Cancelar to clear the queue if the wrong file or the wrong metadata was selected.
3. Confirmar the queued-file count returns to zero.

Cancelar and Upload & analyse are both disabled while nothing is queued. That is the empty state, not a fault.

Cancelar clears the queue, not an analysis in progress. Once Upload & analyse has been selected, the recording has been submitted. To have an already-submitted recording removed, contact support@ncsapp.com with the file name and the ingestion timestamp from Llamada Metadata (see INS 3.8).
