PBX 1.2 Download the company directory

The Company directory section on the General tab is the tenant's name-to-extension list.

  • Open Gestor PBX > General Configuración.
  • In the Company directory section, select Download CSV.
  • Open the file to read the current directory, and to see the column format the platform uses.

You cannot upload a company directory on this screen. The section's helper text reads "Upload a CSV to sync names and extensions", but the only control present is Download CSV. There is no file picker, no drop area and no upload button, so the instruction in the helper text cannot be completed from this page in this release.

What to do instead. Two routes get names and extensions into the directory:

  • Set each user's directory membership on their PBX user record. Add to company directory is a control on the PBX user Descripción general tab (see PBX 2.1), and that is the working per-user route.
  • For a bulk load, send the CSV to support@ncsapp.com, using the column format from the downloaded file, and ask the platform team to import it.

Use Download CSV as your template and as your backup before any bulk change. Do not wait for an upload control to appear on this screen.
