INS 5.2 Review unassigned calls

  1. Read the Unassigned summary count.
  2. Read the message describing calls uploaded without agent metadata.
  3. Sélectionnez Review unassigned.
  4. Open each call and use its content and metadata to identify the correct agent.
  5. Fix the cause: include Agent on every upload (INS 4.2), or callee_name on every API submission (INS 4.4).
