TEN 1.3 Routing and Domains

The Routing and Domains section reports the addresses through which your users reach the workspace. Both values are read-only, in view mode and in Edit mode.

Champ	Meaning
Server Instance	The backend server address assigned to your tenant.
Subdomain	The web address your users enter to reach the workspace.

Server Instance & Subdomain Changes. Neither can be changed from this page. A tenant administrator cannot move a tenant to a different server instance or change its subdomain. Both are platform operations: raise a request with support@ncsapp.com, and expect the change to affect every user's sign-in address.
