Chat Navigation Bar Indicators

Unread Chat​

A badge icon will indicate the number of unread messages in that particular conversation. The unread conversation will be made Bold as well for quick attention.

System Status​

The system status is represented by the tiny pubble overlaid on the Chat Avatar. System defined status can be Online, Busy (In a Call or Meeting), Away and Logged out.

User Status​

The user defined status is also displayed against the Chat name in the Chat Navigation Bar. Read more about how to Set a Status. This status will be displayed as Status Icon only, and the text will be visible only upon hovering the Status Icon.

Call / Meeting Indicators​

The Chat Navigation Bar also displays if the listed chats are engaged in any active calls or meetings. In direct Messages, a small Meeting icon displayed represents that that specific person has a scheduled Meeting at that time. A small Call icon indicates that that specific person is in a call. If the call icon is colored, this means that that person is on call with you or you have an active call in that conversation which you can join any time. For Groups, a small coloured Call icon indicates you have an active call in the Group, which you might already be attending, if not you can join any time.
